Many from Mahwah and Suffern attended a benefit supper and concert at the home Mr. J. Edgar in Hillburn. Man hired De ‘Elia, pianist, pupil of Alfredo Casella in Rome and Emil von Sauer, one of the last pupils of Liszt was the soloist of the evening.
