This Day in History: 1933-03-24

A barber and beauty shop was the latest business venture in town.  Frank Peppe, who was previously at the Hotel Roosevelt in New York City, opened up a show in the Winter Building.  He announced that he was prepared to give expert care to women’, children’s and men’s tonsorial needs.
