Everett Fredericks of Suffern was found lying between the tracks near the overhead bridge.  He had been hit by a train.  He was carried to his home nearly and then to the Good Samaritan Hospital where his badly crushed leg was amputated below the knee.  He is about 65 years old and “well thought of in Suffern.”
