This Day in History: 1917-01-02

Because of Labor Troubles at the Brake Shoe factory no deliveries of intoxicating liquor will be made to people in the factory district.  The announcement was made by Frank Scherer, manager of the Mahwah Bottling Co., and Sam Greenstein, Manager of the Mahwah Liquor Company.
