This Day in History: 1916-02-22

The guests of Albert Winter were given a bobsled ride.  The party left Mahwah at 6:00 PM and went to the Wyckoff Reformed Church for a waffle party.  This was followed by a “thrilling” demonstration of Boy Scout maneuvers.  In addition to Mr. and Mrs. Winter the party consisted of Mr. and Mrs. David Hopper, Principal and Mrs. Schoor, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Ackerman, Miss Ratie Winter, and Miss Clayton.
