A Fair and Supper billed as “the biggest success of the season” was held by the Darlington King’s Daughters. Supper was provided and various donated items sold. $50 of the total of $145.29 was raised from the sale of a gold pin donated by Mrs. Henry Havermeyer. (Bristow)
