Sixty-three mothers and their daughters attended the Girl Scout dinner of the Fardale troops held at the Fardale fire house. In addition to the ceremonies and musical numbers, a television set was generously brought in by Arthur Hasse so that the girls would not miss the weekly showing of “Davy Crocket” (Bristow)
