:Automation in an Accounting Office” was the title of a paper delivered to the annual meeting of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants by E. T. Boyle of 79 Armour Road, Mahwah. Boyle had his own practice in Hackensack. He was a graduate of New York University and entered the profession in 1934. How many of the 500 accountants and their wives heard his paper is unknown, but since the meeting was held in Atlantic City’s Hotel Dennis, we presume that some of them might have been on the boardwalk when it was being read.
