Among the topics considered at the School Board meeting was the rising cost of sending pupils to high school. The budget was to be higher next year despite the fact that Ramsey High School had reduced its tuition rates by $4.00 per pupil. The problem was that forty more pupils would be entering high school in the coming year. A subcommittee or Mrs. Russell and Mr. Keith was appointed to look into the possibility of sending pupils to a different high school, presumably Ridgewood.
