Ninety-eight scouts and scouters of Circle A of the Bergen County Council of scouts hiked to Claudius Smith’s Lair in the Interstate Park. Scoutmaster O’Brien and seventeen of Troop Fifty’s 19 registered scouts participated. The hike, which included a nature game and a signaling contest, covered ten miles. Robert Foster completed his requirements for second class.
