The mission of Mahwah Museum is to preserve and present the history of the community and its connection to the region.  Museum exhibits display information about the history of Mahwah and the surrounding community.

We thanks our many volunteers, docents, train crew members, researchers, musicians and community members who make this  possible.  Here are some of the projects the museum has been involved with in our community.

Past Museum Events

The Mahwah Museum presents many lectures, gallery talks, workshops, and special events every season, as well as presenting new exhibits and updating the Les Paul and Donald Cooper Model Railroad permanent exhibits.  The museum also maintains the Old Station Museum and Caboose.

Many of these events are free for museum members.  Visit our membership page for more information about joining us.
